Ball Lock Conical to Commercial Keg Pressure Transfer KitOur pressure transfer kit will allow you to rack your beer from your ferment to a commercial keg( D coupler/S coupler) without exposing it to oxygen. This help you avoid off-flavors, which ca be caused by oxygen coming into contact with your beer. This kit works for the conical fermenter has 1.5"TC ports on top and on the tracking valve. For other size ports, we can also make it, just leave us a message. Install the pressure transfer kit on the commercial keg and make sure all parts in place. Close the gas-in and beer in valves.2. Open the gas-in valve. Purge the keg with co2. Ensure the pressure in the keg is less than the pressure in the fermenter. Close gas-in valve and disconnect the co2 from the gas-in post.3. Adjust the co2 regulator to 2-3 psi, then connect the gas hose to the fermenter lid.4. Record weight of the empty keg. Connect the Keg Racking hose from the fermenter racking valve to the D/S coupler. Slowly open the racking valve and the beer in valve in the coupler.5. Keep the keg on a scale as it fills and watch weight to prevent overfill. Release pressure from the keg to prevent gas blowing back into the fermenter. 6. When the keg is full, close the beer-in valve. Disconnect the co2 from the fermenter lid and adjust the regulator to kegging pressure. Conn
